She was predeceased by: her daughter Erin; her parents, John Lochbaum and Cecilia Lochbaum; and her nephew Christian Lochbaum. She is survived by: her husband Luke; her son Jared (Vicki); her grandchildren, Averi and Treyton; her siblings, Pat, Ed (Sandy), Bonnie, Shelly (Wayne) and Terry; her nieces and nephews, Kelly, Carly, Micki, Tyler and Dion; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Megan, Lauryn, Mac and Harlan.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to their charity Teddy Bears Anonymous.
