He was predeceased by: his parents, Huibert Zuidervaart and Cornelia Keesmaat; and his sister Evelyn Zuidervaart. He is survived by: his wife Marlynn; his daughters, Theresa, Heather, Kimberly and Cynthia; his stepchildren, Craig, Jason and Jodi; and his siblings, Huib, Henk and Coby. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
