With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jack Thomas Mathieson (Regina, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 28, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Mathieson and Helen Mathieson; his in-laws, Donat and Mary Marinier; and his wife Carol Mathieson.

He is survived by: his son Rick Mathieson; his granddaughter Rickie-Lee Askin; his great grandchild Alyssa Askin (Aly); his son Darcy Mathieson (Jackie); his grandson Adam Mathieson (Rebecca); his great grandchildren, Brooklynn, Isaiah, Moriah and Neytiri; his grandchildren, Dylan Mathieson and Keagan Mathieson (Jenna Thorarinson); his siblings, Ken Mathieson (Susan) and Heather Jackson (Earl Finell); his sister-in-law Margaret Bashnick (Ron); and his caregiver Chrissy. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
