He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel and Mary; and his siblings, Peter, John, Mike, Joe, Nick, Bill, Pauline Petruka, Sr., Metrophane Uchacz (Anne), Helen Czerkulon, Kay Polovick and Mary Sikorski.
He is survived by: his wife Helen; his children, Janet Hart (Mel), Laurie Ross (Stuart), Greg Uchacz (Maura) and Jody Uchacz; his grandchildren, Zachary Hart (Kelly), Dylan Hart (Taylor), Maximea Goulet, Keanna Dube, Bennett and Charlie Uchacz; his great grandchildren, Benjamin and Maxwell Hart; his sister Jenny Sali; and his sister-in-law Gisele Smith. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
