He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Haggard and Joyce Haggard; and his son Ryan James Krueger Haggard. He is survived by: his wife Tonia Bagnall; his son Barent Haggard (Melissa); his grandchildren, Rhyan, Emerson and Kallum; his sisters, Jo-ann Hincks (Howard), Diane Sinclair (Doug) and Shelley Dishington (Lyle); his sisters-in-law, Tammy Andreas (Dean) and Roxanne Bagnall (Ron); and also, Charles and Barb Bagnall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
