He was predeceased by: his parents, Adrienne Belair and Edgar Beaurivage; his wife Violet; and his siblings, Florent, Patrick Michel, Lilianne LaFontaine, Joelle Dubois, Jeannine Patenaude and Marie-Claire Darveau (Mariette).
He is survived by: his friend Dorothy DeYong; his children, Bruce (Lydia Franc), Jacqueline (Keith Wilhelm), Gary (Dianne Stefanko), Keith (Deanna Dawson), Jean-Paul (Barbara), Ronald (Aoy Nguansri), Michael (Loretta), Mary-Jane (Dean Gorrill) and Claude (Ginger); and his sister Jocelyne Besmargian of St. Jean. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
