He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Dermody and Carolina Dermody; his wife Eleanor; and his siblings, Doreen (Robert), Lorne (Dolly) and Patrick (Marlene).
He is survived by: his children, Bryan (Claire), Karen, Daryl and Tracey (Rick); his grandchildren, Alyssa, Carlee, Zachary and Emma; and his sister Joyce Gessey.
