She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Steil and Ludwig Steil; her husband Anton Buckmayer (Tony); her daughter Yvonne; and her grandson Tyson.

She is survived by: her son Roland (Trish); her grandchildren, Landon (Ashley), Mason (Larissa) and Tobius (Marissa); and her great grandchildren, Avery, Haydyn, Elijah, Titus, Isaac and Jonathan.
