He is survived by: his wife Lois Walker; his children, David Walker (Fran Walker), Sheila Brooks (Kirk Brooks), Todd Donnelly (Tricia Donnelly) and Rob Donnelly (Bee Donnelly); his brother Spence Walker; his grandchildren, Violet Walker, Jordan Donnelly, Eric Donnelly, Tim Donnelly, Luke Donnelly and Adam Brooks; and his great grandchild Ethan Donnelly.
He was inducted into the CSLA College of Fellows in 1972, and awarded a lifetime achievement award in 2013, an honor that recognized his significant contributions to the field.
