She is survived by: her children, Warren Medicine Hat (Charlene), Cyndy Mundt Yorkton (Kevin), Angela Smith Yorkton (Chad) and Jason Medicine Hat (Amy); her grandchildren, Russell Godin (Jenn), Jenna Yorke (Jason), Amanda Stephenson (James), Tristen Mundt (Kendall), Paige Mundt (Matthew), Mason Appell, Alyssa Igarta, Connor Appell and Karley Appell; her great grandchildren, Brooklyn, Kyler Godin, Jaycee, Zoey Yorke, Sonny, Teddy and Stephenson; and her sisters, Barbara Pringle and Marina Palmer.
In memory of Donna, memorials to the Yorkton Terrier 'Feed The Boys' Fund would be appreciated by the family.
