He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Douglas Stephen, Lori Stephen-James, Therese Mitchell, Michelle Malcolm, Kathryn Stephen, R. Brent Thompson and Primo; and his sons, David and Steven. He is also survived by friends, colleagues, and neighbors.
