He is survived by: his mother Rose Hoffart; his wife Glenda Hoffart; his children, Lana Chaykoski (Blair) and Jamie Hoffart (Ryan Burns); his grandchildren, Talia, Kahra, Finley and Lachlan; and his siblings, David Hoffart (Pat) and Caroline Hoffart.
