He was predeceased by: his brother Karl Oehler (Phyllis). He is survived by: his children, Alisa Scherle (Darcy) and Kurt Oehler (Angela); his grandsons, Cameron and Mitchell Oehler; his sister Bertha Paproski; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Serfling, Ken Serfling (Edna) and Leona Beeler (Elwyn). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
