Bonnie Gattinger Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Bonnie Gattinger (Regina, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 21, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bonnie Gattinger to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Orval Purdy and Borghild Purdy; her siblings, Harvey, Marcene and Marjorie Jean; and her siblings-in-law, Cyril, Delmer, Bob, Gladys and Marie.

She is survived by: her husband Mel Gattinger; her children, Sheldon (Loralee) and Stacey (Joe); her grandchildren, Carmella, Olivia and Miles; her brothers, Lorne (Judy), Wayne (Elaine), Ken and Jim (Darlene); and her siblings-in-law, Roy, Richard (Isabel), Elaine and Phylis. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.

A memorial service was held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (4001 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4T1M8).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Bonnie's memory may be made to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre or the Palliative Care Unit at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina.
