He is survived by: his wife Hazel Sylvestre; his son Travis Otto (Monique); his grandchildren, Emily, Brandon and Parker; his sister-in-law Mildred Sylvestre; his niece Bernadette Duncan (Craig); and his nephews, Marcel Dauvin (Linda), Jean-Marie Dauvin, Gilles Dauvin, Regis Sylvestre (Stephanie Barnes), Trevor Sylvestre, Garry Sylvestre (Jo-Anne) and Neal Sylvestre (Pauline).
