He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Martin Moerike, Archie, Dorothy Cunday and Jess Bird. He is survived by: his parents, Gordon Bird and Karen Carnduff; his siblings, William Bird (Lisa) and Crystal Boyer (Jason); his grandmother Jeannette Belanger; his nieces, Mackenzie and Jenessa; his nephew Alexander; and his brother Terry Fitzpatrick (Shawna). He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and Godchildren.
