He was predeceased by: his parents, Myron Matechuck and Margaret Dubois (Henry); his grandparents, George Matechuck, Isabelle, Wilfred Dubois, Yvette and Minning Anaskan; and his siblings, Cori-Lynne, Amen and Aaron.
He is survived by: his stepmother Lucille Matechuck; his wife Dawn Dubios; his children, Grayson and Danica; his siblings, Sonny, Jerry-Lee, Jennifer Kormish, Wendy Kormish and Holly Kormish; his grandparents, Connie Gordon (John), Donna Pinay, Paul Dubois and Dickie Dubois; and his great-grandparent Beatrice Wesquate. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
