She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Vivian Wolfe, Arthur Moosemay and Marlene Longman; her son Phoenix Wolfe; and her sister Angel Dawn.
She is survived by: her parents, Donna (Louis) and Bradley (Jen); her son Koby Wolfe-Pratt; her close friend Jordan Pratt; her siblings, Austin, Kecia, Sharlie, Myia, Rayne (Edward), Summer (Sean), Kyomi (Elvis), Autumn (Talon), Bonnie, Keri (Daniel) and Emmylou; her nieces, Aeralyn, Hensley, Brylynn, Lily and Louise; her nephew Leighton; her aunts, Lyla, Vera and Melinda; and her uncle Jaime.
