He was predeceased by: his wife Alberta "Bert" (Beverley); his son Billy; his parents, Stephen Kacuiba and Mary Kacuiba; and his siblings, Mary Cipywnyk and John Kacuiba.
He is survived by: his child Beverly (Samir Makar); his grandchildren, Nadia, Matthew Pederson, Salina (Jesse Reiter) and Leila Makar; his great grandchild Matthew (Stephanie); his siblings, Rose Szatylo, Wally Kacuiba and Sonia Bellefontaine (Brad); his sister-in-law Joan Kacuiba; and also, Grayson, Marley, Melissa, Lori Williams (Larry), Justin, Stephen (Veronica Lalonde), Joshua, Timothy, McKenna, Jeffery (Jolyne), Spencer and Tatiana.
