He was predeceased by: his mother Marion; his parents-in-law, Archie Locke and Iona Locke; and his grandfathers, James Clark (Marjorie) and David Johnson (Ella).
He is survived by: his father Donald; his wife Janis; his sons, David (Amber) and Brett; his brothers, Robert (Rebecca) and Lyle (Sarah); and his grandson Colter.
