It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vernon Heringer in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, born in Medicine Hat, Alberta, who passed away on March 1, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Lydia; and his siblings, Vera, Violet, Viola, Fran, Earl, Calvin, Arthur, Roy and Ivan.
He is survived by: his wife Lena Heringer; his daughter Doreen (Bill Johnson) of Saskatoon, SK; his granddaughters, Sarah Hayashi (Riki) of Los Angeles, California and Jenna Ellis (Lisa) of Toronto, ON; his sister Dinana Schneider (Frank) of Edmonton, AB; and his siblings-in-law, Ann and Lorne Grant of Saskatoon, SK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
