She was predeceased by: her husband Terry Jones; her parents, Peter Jaman and Ann Jaman; her brother Thomas; her brother-in-law Charles Mikkelborg; and her grandparents, Thomas, Mary Truba, Alex and Dora Jaman.
She is survived by: her siblings, Marlene Stoyko (Ed) and Ernie Jaman (Linda); her siblings-in-law, Ivor Jones (Janis) and Gwynnedde Mikkelborg; and her nieces and nephews, Louise Melbye (Scott) and Kris Mikkelborg. She is also survived by numerous great nieces/nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of tributes, memorial donations may be made in memory of Sylvia to either the St. Agatha's Roman Catholic Church or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
