He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Antoine; his children, Lawrence Halkett (Charlene Bear), Isaiah Halkett, Samantha Halkett (James), Sylvia Halkett (Aaron Ermine) and Wilfred Halkett; his stepchildren, Jennie, Cynthia, Tasha, Gerald Ballantyne, Wesley Ballantyne, Jeanette Naytowhow and Kenneth Ballantyne; his siblings, Peter Halkett, Gilbert Halkett (Martha), Glen Halkett (Misty) and Caroline Hunt (Philip); and his grandchildren, Jason Halkett, Teresa Halkett, Gilbert Chamakese and Chase Halkett.
