He was predeceased by: his parents, James Bowerman and Lillian Bowerman; his wife Mary Bowerman; and his siblings, Wilfred Bowerman and Phyllis (Elwood).
He is survived by: his daughters, Darlene Nadane (Dennis) and Diane Jacobsen (Harvey); and his grandchildren, Alisha Truax (Larry), Amy Saez (Danny) and Alejandro.
