He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Kozak; his sons, Derrick (Michelle) and Ryan; his grandchildren, Karyza and Blayze; his siblings, Diane Vinnick (Bernie) and Doug Smith (Maria); and his sister-in-law Evangie Shields (Merlin). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
