He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fourstar and Mary Jane Fourstar; his wife Noreen Fourstar; his stepson Roger Sutherland; his siblings, David Fourstar, Gordon Fourstar, Arthur Fourstar, Evelyn Fourstar, Olive Fourstar, Doris Valentine and Hazel Charles; and his grandfather Cedar Fourstar.
He is survived by: his sons, Percy Jr. Fourstar and Fredrick Fourstar; his stepchildren, Ernest Sutherland, Dwayne Sutherland and Linda Sutherland; his brothers, Leo Fourstar and Lenord "Bunny" Ermine; and his uncle Eric Bird. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, & friends.
