She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Lazaruk; her parents, Emil Kirychuk and Pauline Kirychuk; her siblings, Nick, Bill, Donald, Helmer and Mary; and her nephew David McGowan.
She is survived by: her daughter Myrna Chubey (Darwin); her grandchildren, Matthew (McKayla) and Madison; her children, Robert Lazaruk and Marie Champagne (Warren); her grandson Blake (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Elliona and Siobhan; her grandson Kirk (Jean); her brother Peter Kirychuk (Carole); and her sister-in-law Marlene Kirychuk. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
