We are sad to announce that on August 20, 2022, at the age of 99, Nellie Chubak (Prince Albert, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Dmytro Chubak; her parents, John Nowak and Mary Nowak; and her siblings, Vicky, Syl, Toni, Adele, Paul, Marcy and Mary.
She is survived by: her children, Allan (Lucy), Jim (Rose), Sherry Olson (Ev) and Karel Isbister (Ken). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
