He was predeceased by: his wife Gail Hawthorne; and his parent Eldo Hawthorne (Marguerite). He is survived by: his son Bob Hawthorne (Dianna); his grandchildren, Jenna (Trevor) and Devon (Charm); his great grandchild Bowen Marshall; and his sister Sharon Humphreys.
