We are sad to announce that on January 27, 2023, at the age of 90, Marit Aslaug Jacobsen (Prince Albert, Saskatchewan), born in Spruce Home, Saskatchewan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Olè Jacobson and Johanna Jacobson; her sister Ruth Michell; and her brothers-in-law, Garvin Michell and Walter Mossman.
She is survived by: her children, Myron (Joan), Lyle (Lorie) and Lorraine (Cory); her husband Oystein Jacobsen; her grandchildren, Brittany (Ryan), Erika (Doug), Karena, Melisa (Colin), Heather (Jesse), Amy and Jayme (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Ivan, Lauren and Cheyenne; her sister Signe Mossman; and her close friends, Gail Lemoal and Darcie Nelson.
In lieu of flowers a donation in Marit's memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association of Canada, 20 Eglinton Avenue West, 16th Floor, Toronto, Ontario M4R 1K8.
