It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Helmer Clifford Aspvik (Prince Albert, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 8, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Aspvik and Hazel Aspvik; his siblings, Helen Thompson, Myrtle Beckman, Richard Aspvik and Victor Aspvik (Mary); and his brothers-in-law, Rob Thompson, Earl Beckman, Ken Beckman, John Kuzyk and Dale Loucks.

He is survived by: his grandson Orin; his wife Lois; his children, Joy Aubin (Jean-Marc), Phillip, Clifford Aspvik, Orin and Dae Cardinal (Justin); his grandchildren, Eren and Lylyenn; his stepson Clifford; his sisters, Alietha Beckman (Kansas) of Lawrence and Gladys Kuzyk of Lanigan, Saskatchewan.; and his siblings-in-law, Eleanor Land (Clyde), Marilyn Smith (Duane), Isabelle Williams (Keith), Marianne Kachur (Duane) and Jim Loucks.
