She was predeceased by: her husband Sidney Lawrence Head; her parents, Victor Nabess and Jemima Robinson; her son Vincent Robert Nabess; her siblings, Alex Nabess, Wayne Nabess, John Nabess, Victor Edward Nabess and Marie M. Hebert Nabess; her uncles, Robert Crate (Melanie) and Louis Nabess (Ethel); and her niece Ida Charles.
She is survived by: her children, Victor Dorion and Laura Head; her grandchildren, Britney McKay, Stephan Halkett, Jeremy McKay, Jessica Head, Luke Head and Akira Head; her brothers, James Nabess and David Nabess; her cousins, Elaine Crate, Rachel Fiddler, Rose Dussion, Elizabeth Carriere (Daisy) and Janeen Crane; her daughter-in-law Kimberly McKay; and her grandpup Chloe. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A wake was held on Wednesday, November 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM at the Veteran's Memorial Hall in Cumberland House. A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
