He is survived by: his wife Carolynn Franc; his sons, Clayton (Janelle), Blair and Matthew (Carrie Stockburn); his grandchildren, Annabella Franc, Zoe Franc, Logan Franc and Sophie Stockburn; his mother Myrna Franc; his siblings, Lydia Beaurivage (Bruce), Laurie Muirhead (Ward), Pati Anderson (Darren), Debbie Johnson (Blaine), Terry Franc (Diana), Kathy Franc, Rick Franc (Tracy) and Mike Franc (Neru); his mother-in-law Eleanor Ealey; his sister-in-law Roberta Franc; and his daughter-in-law Ashley Haliday. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and dear friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the Crossroads Church (1510 Olive Diefenbaker Dr, Prince Albert, SK S6V7H4). A burial was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at the Paddockwood Cemetery.
