He was predeceased by: his parents, George Davies and Hilda Davies; his wife Reta Tait; his children, Lyle, Mark and Beverley; his brother Len; his parents-in-law, Arthur and Mary Tait; and his siblings-in-law, William Tait (Lillian), Arnold Tait, Colin Tait, Leslie Tait, Alvin Tait (Melva), Ruby Young (Blaine), Doris Cook (Richard), Gladys Johnston (Homer) and Iolene Halcro (Lloyd).
He is survived by: his cousin Reta; his children, Colleen Harmatiuk (Denis) and Milton Davies (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Zachary, Hayden (Courtney), Colby (Paige), Callie, Ty, Luke, Cody, Jade, Amber, Travis, Lacey and Cassie; his great grandchildren, Owen, Ben, Clay and Layne; his sisters-in-law, Dorothy Tait, Irene Tait and Shirley Tait; and his uncle Grumpa (Robopop).
