With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugene Lucas of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 14, 2024 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Lucas and Helen Lucas (Burtney); his siblings, Lillian Rebryna and Bruce (Bonnie Lucas); his son-in-law Bill Halliday; his in-laws, Jacob and Elizabeth Neubuhr (Hamm); and his siblings-in-law, Alvin (Kay Lynne Neubuhr), Lillian Neubuhr and Shirley (Johnny Switenky).
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Lucas (Neubuhr); his children, Gail Halliday, Donna Jeanneau (Denis), Randy Lucas (Cheryl) and Kim Wells (Don); his grandchildren, Crystal Halliday, James Halliday (Taylor), Daniel Jeanneau (Deejai), Joel Jeanneau (Stacy), Paige Willms (Sean), Justin Lucas (Erica), Kayla Spence (Cody), Lucas Wells (Kristen) and Lexie Carriere (Jordan); his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Brynn Halliday, Mary, Sophie, Jackson, Sam Lucas, Autumn, Zach Willms, Charli, Bodhi Spence and Wells Carriere; his brothers, Ben Lucas (Maureen) and Lloyd Lucas (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Alex Rebryna, Art Neubuhr and Phyllis Fjeld (Ted). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
