He was predeceased by: his wife Martha; his daughter-in-law Suzanne Wells; his grandson Johnathon Cullum; and his brothers, Jim, Dale, Barry, Dave and Don Cullum.
He is survived by: his son Dwayne Cullum; his granddaughters, Amanda Wells, Angela Schultz (Adam) and Sherry Cullum; his son Richard Cullum (Laurie); his grandchildren, Richelle Detillieux (Travis), Ryan Cullum (Alyson) and Jordan Cullum; his son Glen Cullum (Gloria); his grandchildren, Joey Falcon, Leona Erfle, Aimy-Lynn Falcon, Anthony Falcon (Brittany), Jason Baliski, Dustin Cullum, Shayla Okeeweehow and Nolan Okeeweehow; and his siblings, Gary Cullum (Athena), Laberta Basham (Dave), Judy Cullum, Brian Cullum, Diane Cullum and Henry Cullum. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
