He was predeceased by: his father Philip Zuk; his grandparents, Wilfred, Philomene Lapensee (Merasty), Joe and Lucy Zuk (Caribou); and his aunts and uncles, Victor, Robert Lapensee, Thelma Vickers, Eunice Stoltz, Angeline Head, Evelyn Sayies and Gloria Pruden.
He is survived by: his mother Emily Davis; his siblings, Joseph Zuk and April McDermott (Edward); his nieces, Reece McDermott (Courtney), Maci McDermott and Trisha Roberts; and his nephew Dallen McDermott. He is also survived by aunties, uncles, and numerous cousins.
