He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Bird (Darryl) of Saskatoon, SK; his siblings, Aaron Ermine, Shanice Bird, Sophia Bird and George Bird; his grandmother Blanche; his siblings, Connie Ballantyne (Grant), Cameron Ballantyne and Tyrone Naytowhow; and his nieces and nephews, Embry, April Ermine, Josh Rouse, Kevin Rabbitskin and Lee McAdam-Bird.
