It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anton Peter Hnidy of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, who passed away on September 22, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Metro Hnidy and Mary Hnidy (Moniuk); his wife Victoria (Olexson); his daughter Marlene Yuzik; and his close friend Ruby Hegg.

He is survived by: his children, Glenn Hnidy (Lorraine), Carol Kustaski, Nadine Michayluk (Dennis) and Sharon Hnidy-Pulak (James); his son-in-law Terry Yuzik; his grandchildren, Tyler, Natasha, Derek, Brittany, Laurisa, Megan, Brooklyn, Taylor, Bailey, Cloe and Talon; and his great grandchildren, Axel, Tekla, Cassandra, Julianna, Hadley and Everett.
