She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Lysak and Mary Lysak; her husband John Herchak; her sisters, Olga, Emily Lysak, Mary Shwarok and Cecilia Carter; her grandson Timothy Herchak; and her son-in-law Edward Bissonnette.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Herchak (Doreen), Sally Bissonnette, Terry Herchak (Linda) and Iris Minifie (Harry); and her sister Stella Sinclair.
