She was predeceased by: her parents, George Perkins and Alice Perkins; her parents-in-law, Edwin and Emily Shaddock; her siblings, Lloyd Perkins, Doris Dash and Jackie Hillis; her brothers-in-law, Leonard Dash and Ron Lyon; her nephews, Kelly Perkins and Jim Hillis; and her husband Dennis Shaddock.

She is survived by: her son Gary Shaddock (Jackie); her grandchildren, Mik Shaddock (Jenni) and Shay Anne Schier (Dan); her daughter Arlene Leishman (Craig); her grandchildren, Carey Leishman and Steve Leishman (Mandy); her daughter Brenda Jarvis (Lindsay); her grandchildren, Kristopher, Stephanie and Jordan Jarvis; her daughter Leanne Carignan (Charles); her grandchildren, Monique and Carlie Carignan; her siblings, Joan Lyon and Bob Perkins (Cheryl); and her brother-in-law Dennis Hillis. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
