It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Helmut George Schick in Pilot Butte, Saskatchewan, born in Spring Valley, Saskatchewan, who passed away on November 25, 2020, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Vera; his parents, Christian Schick and Emma Schick; his siblings, Evelyn (Martin), Louise (Charles), Shirley, Fred (Eileen) and Brian (Sherry); and his siblings-in-law, Doris, Dick and Harvey.
He is survived by: his children, Alvin (Kathy), Carol Mignon and Darren (Tracy); his grandchildren, Kyle, Brendan, Emily and Sarah; his friend Ernie Tuchelt; his siblings, Frank (Barbara), Arnold, Jacob, John (Marcella), Ernie (Ann), Anne Switzer and Linda Barry (Peter); and his sister-in-law Norma Goebel. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers donations in Helmut's memory may be made to the Pasqua Hospital Palliative Care Unit or the Regina Humane Society.
