He was predeceased by: his daughter Janet Muehlbauer; his parents, Franz Muehlbauer and Rosa Muehlbauer; and his sisters, Emma and Gisella.

He is survived by: his wife Isabelle Muehlbauer; his children, Karen Gelowitz (Allen) of Cold Lake, AB, Cindy Sutton (Herb) of North Battleford, SK, Jackie Bacon of Cold Lake, AB, Sandy Reid (Shawn) of Sherwood Park, AB and Kelly Muehlbauer of Pierceland, SK; his grandchildren, Tyler, Clay, Nick (Shannon), Cabri (Kristian), Colby (Hayley), Carsey (Matthew), Amanda (Cory), Chad (Maggie), Chris (Kelby), Michael (Breanna), Alyse (Robbie), Corey, Taylor (Madison), Keaton (Paula) and Bryar; his great grandchildren, Calli, Rylee, Shea, Lennyn, Alec, Grace, Maggie, Kate, Micah, Caleb, Carter, Bentley, Sylus, Jensen, Reid, Rowyn, Collyns and Roux; and his siblings, Ed Muehlbauer (Janet), Liz Urlacher and Phyllis Smith (Jack).

So many memories as a young kid of getting to help in the bar and uncle frank opening up the jukebox so we could play any song wanted and hanging out at the lake to when i was older and amused by his unique sense of humour .
