It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Violet Nora Piapot (Piapot, Saskatchewan), who passed away on April 27, 2020, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Keenik and Annie Rockthunder; her parents, Jack Blacksioux and Melannie Blacksioux; her siblings, Louis, Howard, Arthur, Eugene, Aldoph and Florence Carrier; her aunt Florence Buglar; and her cousins, Shirley, Judy Buglar, Patrick and Glen Buglar (Poncho).
She is survived by: her husband Ron Piapot; her niece Juanne Carrier; and her siblings, Elaine McLaughlin of Standing Rock, ND, Isador Blacksioux, Theodore Blacksioux and Linda Blacksioux.
