It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvena McKay (Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan), born in Sandy Bay, Saskatchewan, who passed away on December 10, 2018, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her child Doug Pearson; her husband Archie Ratt; her parents, Angelique Merasty and Gilbert McKay (Rosie); her siblings, Darlene Custer, John McKay, Ernest McKay and Bill McKay; and her brother-in-law Adolph Custer.
She is survived by: her children, Terry Pearson (Lucy), Travis Pearson, Kevin Pearson (Kianna) and Chrystal Pearson (Aaron); her grandchildren, Darris, Courtney (Lisa), Chelsea, Terrilynn, Keely, Darson, Shaylene, Denise (Ben), Michael (Anne), Melvin, Jordyn, Sophia, Blayne (Rhona), Blake and Blayre; her great grandchildren, Aubree, Natalie, Victoria and Mason; and her siblings, Joe McKay (Flora), Veronique Woods (Jim), Roy McKay (Linda), Cathy Schwindt (Val), MaryAnn McCallum (Marcel), Frank McKay (Donna), Jean Charles and Sarah Charles. She is also survived by her aunties,; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
