He was predeceased by: his parents, Jason Ingham and Francis Ingham; his brother Don Ingham; and his father-in-law William Stenko. He is survived by: his wife Dianna; his children, Julia Ingham (Curtis Petersen) and Douglas Ingham; his grandchildren, Lucas, Maya and Lindsay; his sister Joan Henry (Walter); and his mother-in-law Irene Stenko.
