Doris Schapansky Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Doris Schapansky (Parkside, Saskatchewan), who passed away on February 5, 2020 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Christianson and Selma Christianson; her husband Henry; and her siblings, Jeanette Christianson, Elna Christianson, Olive Nolan (Peter), Mae Christianson, Evelyn Rask (Martin) and Clarence Christianson (Esther).

She is survived by: her sons, Grant (Lynda) of St. Albert, AB and Dwight (Dawn) of Moose Jaw, SK.; her grandchildren, Krystin Nickel (Brad), Kent Schapansky (Grace), Jordan Schapansky (Rebecca), Sarah Le Nouail (David), Nicole Schapansky and Stephanie Schapansky (Victor); her great grandchildren, Jacob Nickel and Jessica Nickel; and her brother Lawrence Christianson (Joanna). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
