He is survived by: his mother Elvera; his wife Crystel; his children, Steven, Brent (Lisa) and Savannah; his granddaughter Abigail Kelsey; his father-in-law Jake (Fran); his siblings-in-law, Stan Johnson, Jeff Matthiesen (Sandi), Michael Derbyshire (Deanna) and Michele Derbyshire; and his nieces and nephews, Michael, Chris, Thomas, Justin, Ryan, Scott, Laureen, Nicole and Linda Lee. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles and cousins.
