William Mayer Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Mayer of Oxbow, Saskatchewan, who passed away on February 26, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Shirley (Edmunds); his parents, George Mayer and Annabelle Mayer (Oberwise); and his siblings-in-law, Wilbur Lemon, Mervin Rae, Grace Lemon and Alice Zaba.

He is survived by: his son Stan Mayer (Susan) of Frobisher; his grandchildren, Trista (R. J.), Raynard (Gunner), Brody (Shanise) and Dustyn Mayer (Christy); his son Brad Mayer (Natalie) of Oxbow; his grandchildren, Letticia Mayer (Alex) and Bryson Mayer (Laura); his son Nick Mayer (Trina) of Oxbow; his grandchildren, Taylor Mayer, Kristyn Mayer and Jacob Mayer; his daughter Sheri Cooley (Todd) of Oxbow; his grandchildren, Ashlyn Cooley (Gilles), Janissa Cooley (Jaxon), Levi Cooley (Mika) and Rayelle Cooley; and his siblings, Sharon Rae of Estevan, Willy (Darlene Freitag) and Joe Zaba of Regina. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
