He was predeceased by: his wife Grace; his parents, George Warner and Nympha Warner (Ternes); and his brothers, Adam and Raymond.
He is survived by: his child Wade (Melanie) of Alameda; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Brendon, Jonathan, Wanda Forsyth (Mark) of Oxbow, Candy Forsyth, Colin Forsyth (Kendra), Wyatt, Cole, Cindy Scribner (Perry) of Airdrie, AB, Riley Scribner (Krystal), Olivia Kosior, Jenna Kosior (Mitchell) and Beckett; and his siblings, Joe, Shirley and Anita. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in memory of Tony may be directed to a charity of one's choice.
